During this period of upheaval and divisiveness, all creative and constructive voices are important for finding, implementing, and/or reinforcing “Pathways to Peace,” the theme of The International Humanistic Transpersonal Conference, March 28-30, 2024. The Association for Humanistic Psychology (AHP), the Association for Transpersonal Psychology, and Sofia University are collaborating to offer this historic International Conference. The location will be at the new Sofia University Campus in Costa Mesa, California.
One of the Keynote Speakers is Dr. Gladys McGarey, the Mother of Holistic Medicine. She is 103 years old. Her newest book is The Well-Lived Life: A 102-Year-Old Doctor’s Six Secrets to Health and Happiness at Every Age. As AHP President, I have had and continue to have the privilege of working with her son, Bob McGarey, Founder & Executive Director of The Human Potential Center, as well as AHP Executive Director.
