This Dreamshadow® Group event is a residential public weekend workshop offered at the historic Brandon Inn near Green Mountain National Forest in Brandon, VT. It will include two breathwork sessions. Participants will pair up for the weekend, allowing each person an opportunity to “breathe” during one session and to “sit” or hold space for their partner during the other session. Participants will also have an opportunity to engage in group sharing and processing after both sessions. An enrollment of 30 participants is expected for this workshop. Registration includes food and lodging. Registering as a commuter is also an option. This event will be led by Lenny Gibson and Elizabeth Gibson, with help from other members of the Dreamshadow Team.
