Holotropic Breathwork Weekend Workshop

This Dreamshadow® Group event is a residential public weekend workshop offered outside of Philadelphia, PA. It will include two Holotropic Breathwork sessions. Participants will pair up for the weekend, allowing each person an opportunity to “breathe” during one session and to “sit” for their partner during the other session. The rest of the workshop schedule will allow participants to discuss the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork, as well as to engage in group sharing and processing after both sessions. An enrollment of 30-40 participants is expected for this workshop. Registration includes food and lodging. Registering as a commuter is also an option.
