Dreamshadow® Transpersonal Breathwork Weekend Workshop

This Dreamshadow® Group event is a non-residential public weekend workshop offered in Bellefonte, PA. It will include two Breathwork sessions. Participants will pair up for the weekend, allowing each person an opportunity to “breathe” during one session and to “sit” or hold space for their partner during the other session. Participants will also have an opportunity to engage in group sharing and processing after both sessions. An enrollment of 13 participants is expected for this workshop.
