The Center is a nonprofit educational organization located in south-central Austin. It has trained Austin residents for over 38 years on techniques that promote creativity, self-esteem and personal fulfillment. It offers workshops, personal growth sessions, the chance to build emotionally-healthy community, and other exciting opportunities to connect with people who are committed to learning and growing. Mindful listening begins with you! Facilitators: Aliyma A. Body, RScP, Sandra Forrest, RScP, Rita Naylor, RScP, Marilyn Watkins, RScP and Patricia Watson, RScP/Emerita from The Center of Peace, Philadelphia, PA $30 fee. $20 for members.
